They were able to get my brakes inspected and replaced the same day I came in, which was good because I took the day off. I went to a different auto place before that and they couldn’t even inspect it until next week, which is when I would work. I appreciate that Stagecoach is flexible and accommodating. It was pricey, but they were friendly, informative, efficient, and gave me a ride home and back while my car was being worked on. I only wish more auto repair shops were open outside of my regular M-F working hours so it would be a lot easier for me to take care of auto maintenance issues. I definitely recommend Stagecoach to anyone needing auto repairs!

Took truck to have it inspected. Tim at the front desk was great to work with. He heard the problem and took accurate notes. Left the truck that evening and they inspected it the following day, great turn around. The issues were identified and recommendations were made. Fortunately for me, it was nothing mechanical. Great service, I will definitely be using their services again when I have vehicle problems.

I recently went to Stagecoach Auto repair for diagnostic and advise on repair to my 2011 Toyota RAV4. I have never been questioned so thoughly or listened to by any other Repair Shop. It was reassuring to feel they were going to get to the bottom of my issue. It did turn out to be the rear differential and they had it fixed and back so quickly. They got it done quickly and then went out of their way to look over our other vehicle for upcoming maintenance, completely free. No pressure, no sales pitch, just honest advice. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, but these guys are it. Frankie and the team will treat you like a neighbor, not a number. They care about doing things right and making sure you leave with peace of mind. We’ve been to our fair share of repair shops in Tennessee, but Stagecoach is the best we’ve found. We are always happy customers.

Great fast service! Frankie got me in and out in less than 8 hours. My check engine light came on, I called in and dropped it off next-day, they had it fixed in 4 hours! Great atmosphere, clean service, and a GREAT price! I will for sure be back!
